1. Start with an audience problem
Collect questions from sales conversations, support messages, search data and customer interviews. Choose a problem that is specific enough to answer well.
2. Choose one core asset
Use the format that fits the question: guide, comparison, checklist, tutorial or case explanation. Depth matters more than producing many shallow pieces.
3. Build a simple outline
Lead with the decision or problem, cover the steps in a logical order, show examples where useful and end with the next action.
4. Distribute deliberately
Pick one primary channel where the intended audience already pays attention. Repurpose the core idea only when the new format genuinely fits the channel.
5. Review and refresh
Track useful visits, replies, saves, signups and conversions. Update strong evergreen pieces when the information changes.
