This policy explains how ClickCloud handles information submitted through clickcloud.live.

When you subscribe or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, message, selected topic, consent choice and the page from which the form was submitted.

- to record marketing consent and unsubscribe preferences;
- to maintain list hygiene and service security;

3. Marketing email
ClickCloud Notes is designed as an opt-in marketing list. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribed addresses may be retained in suppression records so they are not accidentally re-added to future marketing sends.
4. Infrastructure and service providers
Form submissions are processed through server-side infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services. The public website is delivered through our hosting provider. Email-delivery providers may process subscriber information when ClickCloud sends requested communications.
5. Bounce and complaint handling
When email sending is enabled, delivery failures and complaint signals may be used to suppress addresses and protect list quality and sender reputation.

ClickCloud currently uses essential browser storage to remember the cookie notice preference. See the Cookie Policy.
7. External resources
Some resources link to third-party services such as YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies and may process information when you choose to visit them.
8. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing or use the contact form for privacy-related requests.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical controls appropriate to this small website. You should not send passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through ordinary forms.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the site and its service providers change. The date at the top shows the current version.
